I have over 23 years of technology experience in Banking industry with experience in broad range of roles such as Product Owner, Solution Architecture, Business Systems Analysis, End-to-End Project Delivery Manage, Application Delivery Manager managing & overseeing large teams for design, development, testing and production systems delivery across Oceania, Asia Pacific & South East Asian geographies. As a person seeking to do interesting things, I have sought opportunities to broaden my experience across roles and business/technology domains and thus have acquired valuable skills across all phases of the Software Development Life cycle. As with most people in IT, I started as a Developer, however moved into Testing & Test Management, which piqued my interest to become a Business Analyst. When opportunities presented to manage end-to-end delivery and teams, I performed roles such as Project Lead and Delivery Manager. I like to be hands-on, and hence moving into Solutions Architecture practice provided opportunities to cross skill across technology domains and understand bigger picture of the enterprise. My latest experience being a Bidding product owner has helped me shape product offerings across various technology stack and digital banking portfolios.My skills range across Credit Cards, Fraud Management, Origination\'s (Retail products such as Term Deposits & Home Loans) and brief stint in Cyber Security domain.With Banking and Technology industries focusing on delivery of value to customer faster and better, more actively than ever, I have equipped myself to adapt to changes in new ways of working & agile delivery by actively learning and obtaining relevant certifications such as DevOps Fundamentals that are being put into practice in Programs within ANZ.
