I spearheaded growth in Flash Forge printer sales and support, establishing Firsttech as a go-to provider in the segment. By integrating software solutions into clients\' production workflows, I helped streamline the entire design-to-casting process.We also introduced the Waxo Clean recycle unit, promoting sustainable wax usage, and set up a dedicated service support structure, which improved client satisfaction and boosted repeat business.
