   As part of my current role, I am responsible for the following:Engine and its subsystem packaging & integration on MHCV vehicle models. This includes layout preparation, detailed design, and integration of cooling, air intake, and exhaust system modules.Creating 3D models, 2D detailed drawings, and releasing Technical Parts Lists (TPL) in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. I also provide support for parts development, ensuring seamless collaboration with suppliers.Resolving design issues observed in prototype vehicles and field vehicles. This involves conducting root cause analysis, implementing design modifications, and releasing updated designs to address any issues.Making design releases of engine parts and assemblies for both prototype and serial manufacturing & testing. I am also involved in the development of proprietary parts with suppliers and creating bill of materials in PLM software.Ensuring engine packaging sign-off on vehicles and auxiliary packaging sign-offs on the engine. This requires working closely with different stakeholders and coordinating the packaging process.Collaborating with vendor development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate proto and serial production parts development. This includes coordination, monitoring, and ensuring the timely completion of parts development activities.
