About Shri Varshini
I\'m a MBA graduate who is specialised in HR and Marketing. I\'m a jovial person who connects easily with people, which made me to choose HR and Marketing specializations in my PG degree. In the course duration I\'ve completed boot camps and online courses to enhance my knowledge in the areas of HR analytics and Data analytics. I\'ve completed Internships in which I gained experience in Recruitment, Attendance Management, Payroll processing. I\'ve completed my final project in the HR domain in a well known Pump manufacturing company in Coimbatore where I learnt about some functions of HR operations like Filing employee details, Attendance recording and tracking, Compensation updating, Salary calculation by using HRIS Software. Currently I\'m working as Junior Executive - HR at Vilvah Stores Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore where I\'m taking care of the Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening and Onboarding), Attendance Management (HRMS) and Asset & Employee Data Management. Also I assist the HR team with the Employee Engagement Programs and Day-to-day HR operations.
