Configured and designed WFD modules like Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance according to client-specific union rules, policies, and schedules.3. Developed configuration documents, mapping templates, and change logs to document decisions and ensure proper system builds.4. Conducted numerous rounds of unit and user acceptance testing, flagged issues, and collaborated with development teams to implement fixes or improvements prior to deployment.5. Assisted in cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare period, addressing user-reported issues quickly and effectively.6. Wrote comprehensive training manuals and delivered live walkthroughs to assist HR, payroll, and managers in transitioning to the new system.7.
