Manage two SMT production lines simultaneously, including De-stacker, Solder Paste Printer, Pick-and-Place Machines, Reflow Oven, AOI Machine, Conformal Coating Machine, UV Oven, and Stacker Machine.• Program, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain SMT machinery to ensure continuous and optimal production performance.• Set up and operated all SMT line equipment according to job specifications and safety guidelines. • Monitor process parameters and performed real-time defect analysis to minimize downtime and improve yield. • Work closely with production supervisors, QC teams, and fellow operators to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficient workflow.• Collaborate with engineers on development and testing of prototype boards, including diagnosing faults and defining improvements. • Maintain accurate production logs, machine usage records, and quality control documentation to ensure traceability.• Consistently met demanding deadlines for high-volume orders without compromising quality or reliability. • Actively participate in continuous training to stay updated with new SMT techniques, IPC standards, and best practices in electronic assembly.
