I am a Product Designer with a keen interest in visual design, illustration, and storytelling. Through my 4+ years of experience at Jio\'s customer engagement arm - JioEngage, I have done a considerable amount of work in gamification and customer interactivity. I strive to craft experiences that resonate with the users at a deep level and leave a lasting impact. Over the years, I have been honored with the opportunity to contribute my skills to over 40+ projects including collaboration with brands such as Cadbury, Colors TV, Nickelodeon, and TVS Sports. I get to collaborate with a brilliant team of individuals - from Product Managers, Developers to the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the designs are executed with the same quality they were handed over with. As an engineer turned designer, it has helped me communicate and take ownership of my projects effectively due to a deep understanding of technical terminologies. While designing, it allows me to ensure that the expectation aligns with reality. I like to call myself a design detective as my role is to identify problems, empathize with the users and close the cases with a solution. As a design detective, I am committed to solving the puzzle of user experience, crafting seamless and captivating designs that leave users craving for more. While not wearing the cap of a UI/UX Designer, I find myself doodling simple things in life and sipping coffee by the window or watching another Studio Ghibli movie on repeat!
