About Shreyas Joshi
Product Manager, GPay @ Google. Previously worked on building AI-first case management product at Google as well as AI agents for Googlers.I also teach Product management as a visiting faculty at MBA colleges in India.In my last role, I was a Principal Product Manager in ServiceNow in the Automation Engine business unit.Previously, I was a Senior Product Manager at SIXT Research & Development India, where I owned the customer post-booking self-service experience as part of the Consumer Products team in the e-commerce division. I have over 6 years of experience in product management, spanning across various domains such as hospitality, mobility, and e-commerce. I am passionate about building teams and products from the ground up, leveraging my skills in product leadership, strategy, and technology.Prior to joining SIXT R&D, I worked as a Product Manager at OYO, where I led the product development and launch of OYO Homes and OYO Life in global markets, including Europe and Southeast Asia. I also contributed to the central product management team, working on cross-functional initiatives such as user feedback, loyalty programs, and personalisation. I hold an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech in Computer Science from VNIT Nagpur.
