About Shreyas Kasturi
Experience in program management, release management, Agile transformations as a Scrum Master, Software DevOps and Mobile Application Development. My current responsibilities at Medtronic encompass playing the role of Program and Release Manager to manage end to end mobile application releases, co-ordinate program execution and delivery.As a program manager, I also collaborate in project scope and estimations and creating technical specifications. Also leading efforts on software development life cycle initiatives for creation of release candidates and optimization of design control procedures for medical and and non medical software. Prior to program management, I played the role of a senior scrum master to coach teams on agile methodologies and lead agile transformation efforts across the software organization. My previous responsibilities at Medtronic included Xamarin iOS and Android development and continuous integration framework development and mobile application / driver development at Samsung and NokiaPursued Masters in Engineering Management (MEMP) to understand the business perspective of the technological challenges and deliver technology-driven business solutions for global organizations to meet their strategic objectives. With a software engineering and engineering management background, I am keen on leveraging my technical experience with with skills in Agile methodologies, program management, release management and strategy development in a challenging role in Program Management. A highly dedicated and motivated individual with strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities and leadership experience.
