Placing candidates as per their suitability.• Conducting regular follow-up with Clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.• Co-ordinating with the respective HR, Scheduling & finalizing interviews, finalizing the offers tracking the selection and billing.• Post Offer Follow Up with the candidate to ensure timely Joining.
