I am a Director & Chief Operating Officer with over 16 years of global experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, having worked across India, Singapore, and New York. In my current role as COO for Deutsche Bank Americas\' Trust & Securities Services and Trade Finance & Lending businesses, I oversee strategy, business management, financial performance, risk governance, and people initiatives for multi-billion-euro revenue lines spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. My career journey has been defined by growth, impact, and a balance of strategy and execution. I began in India in finance analytics, where I delivered an €850M RWA reduction. In Singapore, as AVP for APAC Finance, I helped shape regional strategy across 14 countries, generated €30M+ in new revenues through cross-sell initiatives, and introduced reporting frameworks later rolled out globally. In New York, I took on regional and global finance management roles, refining planning, pricing, and performance management frameworks before moving into my current COO role. Since 2018, I’ve delivered measurable impact, including a €20M NII uplift through balance sheet optimization, a vendor risk framework redesign that saves thousands of man-hours annually, and the resolution of a critical regulatory processes by mobilizing global, cross-functional teams. Beyond commercial results, I am passionate about developing people and building a strong culture. I co-founded “COO University”, which has delivered 700+ hours of training globally, and I dedicate significant time to mentoring colleagues. I thrive on turning complex challenges into sustainable solutions, building trusted partnerships, and creating long-term value for the business.
