SAP- Raise Work permit, Material issue from store, Create BOM(bill of material) against new equipment. Performing all construction and commissioning related job like all type of instruments, Panels & JBs installation and commissioning of same. Performing Commissioning activates like SAT, FAT, Hot & Cold loop check, Cause and effect, Logic checking handling all documents related to jobs. Dealing with project related vendors. Aiming to achieve targets with safety. Commissioned of VCM Incinerator unit and achieved day to day completion target. Loop checked of Burner, fuel Gas & Stack related Instruments like On-off valves, Control Valves, Pressure-Flow & Temperature Transmitters, Flame Scanner and Igniter. Installation and commissioning of CEMS( Continuous emission and monitoring system) devices like O2, CO2, SOX, NOX analysers.
