About Shreyash Nandgaonkar
Given my bachelors in Telecommunication, I had a dream of becoming a telecom professional (been there, done that!). But I always had passion for coding. Took the stride and worked as a developer in a start-up. I always believed softwares can help solve complex business problems. To fulfil my passion and to broaden my horizon I opted for M.Tech where I specialized in Machine Learning.During my masters, I worked on 3 research papers and authored 1 paper in the International Journal in Machine Learning domain, and, deployed the model using flask on Heroku. Also, I grabbed multiple internships, front-end and deep learning, both. I have implemented end-to-end deep learning chatbot \'Maya\' which is deployed on Government of India website during my tenure at Cdac as an intern.I bring in 5+yrs of professional experience in frontend technology and architecture using (HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Next.JS, React JS, Advance React, Redux toolkit, Thunk, JavaScript, Git, Gitlab and GitHub), AntD, Material UI and hands-on experience in Machine Learning (Python, Flask) stack with real world projects in my bag.I have sound knowledge and understanding of Object oriented design and programming and ability to develop advanced concepts, techniques and standards.Tools - Jira, babel, NPM, GIT, Node, Confluence. I am enthusiastically grabbing onto any other programming language, frameworks, principles I can integrate into the coding web in my head.I solve sudoku in my spare time and I find a beautiful crossover between software and Sudoku. Both pursuits challenge so many aspects of intellect- creativity, problem-solving and sequential processing.
