WORK HISTORY
Research Assistant @University Of Cincinnati Mechanical & Materials Engineering
Cincinnati, OH, US
Working at the Digital Accelerator @University of Cincinnati in partnership with Proctor and Gamble• Developed and deployed an end-to-end ML pipeline for vision-based object classification using tactile sensor imagery.• Engineered advanced feature extraction leveraging a DINO (Vision Transformer) model, feeding into a Logistic Regression classifier for robust predictions.• Implemented pixel-level Explainable AI (XAI) using SHAP (KernelExplainer) to interpret model decisions by visualizing critical image regions.• Conducted occlusion sensitivity analysis to evaluate model robustness and identify important predicting features under occluded conditions.• Demonstrated strong independent problem-solving and debugging skills in integrating complex libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, SHAP) and resolving data dimensionality/API challenges.
