About Shreyash Kotalwar

Growing up, I would dismantle every toy/game/gadget at sight in an attempt to understand how and why they work the way they do and rebuild them to full functionality. Just like everything in life, I succeeded at some and lost others. My broken toys were not enough to stop me, rather, I approached my next \"experiment\" with lessons from the failed ones to ensure success. My extremely inquisitive nature enables me to understand what exists and opportunities to reinvent and recreate. Hi, I\'m Shreyash Kotalwar, a Production Engineer who has a positive flair and vision that my creative humor and academic knowledge can add value to organizational operations. I believe that my technical, functional, and communication skills will enable me in facing the challenging career ahead. I understood how the corporate world works while my 2 different internships which were completed simultaneously with my B.E, of about 6 months in Volkswagen Ind. Pvt. Ltd & Endress+ Hauser Pvt. Ltd respectively. In these internships, I have learned different processes followed for execution and implementation in the respective organizations. The skills I have developed during these internships are Project planning, Engineering change management, Filed instrumentation, and sales operation. I also have good experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
