I have led large-scale operational transformations that unlocked multi-million-dollar value through cost excellence, process redesign, analytics-driven decision making, and digital supply chain tools.Currently, I lead initiatives focused on supply chain digital tools, data & analytics, automation, and cost transformation, helping build more resilient, intelligent, and future-ready supply chains.I am an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an experience that further strengthened my strategic perspective on leadership, competitive advantage, and organizational transformation.Beyond operational outcomes, I am deeply committed to developing people and leadership capacity.
