Discrete MOSFET Product Development Engineer responsible for technical topics across different technologies, packages and applications. I graduated from TU Munich in Communications Engineering before joining Infineon Technologies as MOSFET layout design engineer. In my master thesis, I designed an SRAM aging sensor (at transistor level in cadence virtuoso) to detect BTI aging prior to its occurrence. I gained experience in C++ coding to optimize the layout area satisfying symmetry constraints through research internship. In my free time, I work on converting my innovative ideas (technical and non technical) into reality.
