   Contributed to the stabilization and release-readiness of a mission-critical healthcare product by resolving complex, long-standing bugs in a large asynchronous C# codebase. Leveraged advanced debugging techniques including time travel debugging, conditional breakpoints, and log analysis to identify root causes of issues that were difficult to reproduce and trace.Collaborated closely with customer support representatives and senior engineers across teams to fix a year-old bug that impacted end-user experience and had previously eluded diagnosis.
