I am a BBA student at Christ University specializing in Finance, Marketing, and Analytics, with a strong interest in Human Resource Management and people-centric strategies. I am passionate about understanding how organizational culture, communication, and employee engagement contribute to overall business success. During my internship at Pehchaan – The Street School, I worked on marketing and PR initiatives, reaching out to 50+ influencers and stakeholders weekly and contributing to increased engagement among 500+ community members, which strengthened my communication and relationship-building skills. In addition, my role as a Peer Tutor has allowed me to conduct multiple sessions each month, enhancing my mentoring, leadership, and ability to simplify complex concepts. As a Class Representative, I effectively managed communication between faculty and 70+ students, ensuring smooth coordination and problem resolution. My involvement in organizing large-scale university events has further developed my planning, teamwork, and execution abilities.
