ABOUT SHREYANSH RAJU

Hello!My name is Shreyansh Raju, and I am from Parsa Bazar, Patna. I have completed my graduation in B.Com (Hons.) from Patliputra University. Recently, I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a dual specialization in Finance (Major) and Marketing (Minor) from the International School of Management, Patna.I also completed my Summer Internship Program (SIP) at V-Mart Retail Ltd. My role involved store operations, boosting sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling online Omni-channel e-commerce orders (through Myntra & Flipkart), processing returned goods as per QC standards, conducting BTL marketing promotions, sales drives, customer service, customer relationship management, as well as competitive analysis and benchmarking at Patna City Centre Mall. My Corporate Mentor was Mr. Rajiv Ranjan and my Faculty Mentor was Mr. Rahul Kumar Sinha. It was a wonderful experience that allowed me to explore and learn extensively.There are four members in my family: my father, mother, sister, and myself.My strengths are hard work, time management, honesty, and quick learning skills. My weaknesses are being emotional, overthinking, hesitation, and sometimes panicking under pressure.I am a hardworking and self-motivated individual.My short-term career goal is to work in the banking sector to gain practical knowledge, enhance my skills, and grow professionally. My long-term career goal is to become a Bank Manager within the next three to five years.Currently, I am working at Bandhan Bank Limited as an Assistant Manager, serving in the role of LSO (Loan Sanctioning Officer). I have been with the bank for one and a half years. My responsibilities include visiting customers door to door to verify loan applications, checking documents, assessing home ownership status, and preparing detailed reports based on my findings. I submit these reports to my Area Manager for loan sanction approvals. This role has given me extensive practical experience in credit underwriting, customer assessment, and loan processing. I can write about my skills of experience industry, or skills. People also talk about their achievements or previous job experiences.I want to take an opportunity in my career to prove my ability for achieving my goals.
