About Shreyansh Chandak
India faces a huge demographic challenge - youngest country in the world, with not many jobs to employ them. My personal initiatives have revolved around in helping address this gap - from setting up various infrastructure improvement projects in different rural areas to starting a mentoring program for low income youth. I try to make a difference. In my professional capacity, I work for Village Capital, handling their fundraising and accelerator programs for early stage ventures, in South Asia. While on one hand I work with large, multinational corporations helping them with their start-up engagement strategy, on the other hand I work with early stage ventures which are on a mission to make this world a better place with an objective to improve their investment readiness.
