Designed and deployed a hybrid recommendation system for Slideshare’s highest-traffic carousel MM monthly impressions), leveraging document embeddings and user engagement signals to drive K annual increase in user LTV. Developed end-to-end evaluation infrastructure for LLM-powered document understanding (TOC generation, sectional summaries), enabling rapid prompt iteration (6 weeks → 3 weeks) and reliable quality monitoring across MM+ documents in production, scaling to M+. Designed and deployed an agentic content classification pipeline across MM+ documents, combining meta-learning prompt optimization (teacher-student framework on golden datasets) with multi-step metadata extraction workflows, achieving ~80% improvement in F1/precision/recall and 95% agreement with human annotators. Built end-to-end LLM evaluation infrastructure including ground-truth dataset curation, automated regression testing, and LLM-as-judge validation, enabling continuous monitoring for model drift and powering identification of xx MM policy-violating documents at scale.
