With over three years of experience in operations and project management, I am currently an Operations Manager at Legion Exim, a global trade company that specializes in sourcing and exporting high-quality products. In this role, I oversee the daily operations of the company, manage the relationships with suppliers and clients, and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and delivery processes. I also lead a team of four where we work on different programs for cutting costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. In addition to my current position, I have also worked as a Junior Business Analyst at CodeAdvantage, a software development company that provides innovative solutions for various industries. There, I assisted with the analysis, design, testing, and documentation of software projects, as well as the communication and coordination with stakeholders and developers. Before that, I was a Jr. Operations Manager at Royal Insulation, a leading provider of insulation materials and services. I was responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of insulation projects, as well as the quality control and safety standards. I have completed my MBA from New York Institute of Technology, with a focus on marketing. I have a bachelor\'s degree in information technology from SVKM\'s NMIMS Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering. I have acquired skills in strategy, marketing, project management, and information technology, which I apply to my work and studies.
