As Associate - Delegate Relation for the Founders 2.0 Conference, I played a central role in executing a dynamic event experience tailored to the needs of startup founders, investors, and business innovators. From the early planning stages through to on-site delivery, I supported key operational functions such as venue coordination, speaker logistics, exhibitor support, and attendee registration. I ensured that every detail was carefully managed to deliver a seamless and engaging conference environment. My role required close collaboration with various internal teams—content, marketing, partnerships, and production—to ensure alignment across all aspects of the event. I was hands-on in organizing pitch competitions, breakout sessions, and networking forums, and I maintained clear communication with stakeholders to address last-minute changes and ensure smooth transitions between sessions. My ability to stay organized under pressure and manage multiple priorities was critical to the success of the conference. Beyond logistics, I contributed to enhancing the overall attendee experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing small, impactful touches—from signage and flow management to delegate assistance and real-time problem-solving. Through my coordination efforts, I helped reinforce the Founders 2.0 Conference’s mission to empower entrepreneurs and create a platform where innovation and collaboration could truly thrive.
