Passionate about everything growth, strategy, data-driven operations and scaled process management while being at the heart of running businesses.My first career opportunity encompassed multiple challenges to build and scale different parts of two diverse businesses at Uber. In my 4 years at Uber, I have been a champion at creating and leading a robust driver support and experience vertical for the entire East region. I pioneered the effort of launching the best-in-class experience of Intercity in Uber despite the lack of a dedicated product and created a playbook to scale the same across the country. The next big challenge I took upon myself was to build the restaurant operations arm for Uber Eats in the Eastern region, competing against the likes of market leaders – Swiggy and Zomato. In my 1.5 years in Uber Eats, I build and led a team of 20+ strong Account Managers who were responsible for growth, support and management of restaurants in the region. Through my approach of collaborative learning and strong stakeholder relationships, I built a complete self-run, accountable, ownership driven and highly scalable engine that helped the region grow by over 10x in my time while still optimizing unit economics by over 50%. I am now looking forward to a more holistic learning experience that will sharpen my ability to think at a feet level, develop a more long term and strategic approach to business and problem solving and create an exponential learning curve. I wish to shape my career towards building tech solutions that create a large scale impact in society by solving a problem that lies at the core of lives of people.
