   Being the global financial services leader in cross-border, cross-currency money transfer, and payment services, Western Union is renowned for delivering reliable financial solutions that connect customers around the world.As a Senior Scrum Master and Technology Analyst leading Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), I lead strategic initiatives & champion Agile transformation and strategic decision-making with hands-on involvement, enabling seamless coordination of technical & business/financial resources along with clear alignment across teams & departments.My role primarily consists of executing & leading analysis, strategic planning, implementation, integration, and management of key M&A initiatives & tasks for Product, Technology, and Operations, to ensure technical & operational alignment and efficiency with broader organizational goals.I play a pivotal role in driving Western Union’s M&A initiatives alongside my other cross-functional responsibilities, by leading critical technical efforts.
