About Shreya Agrawal

Hey there! This is Shreya. I hail from a small town called \'Shahdol\' in central India. I graduated with a bachelor\'s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, and master\'s in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University. I have substantial research experience in the areas of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and Computational Wind Engineering. Additionally, I have experience in Sequence Models (RNNs) and have also worked on a climatology-based project. More recently, I developed an interest in the area of Surrogate modeling (e.g. using ML models) for CFD applications and gained some experience in the area by working on some interesting projects (e.g. https://medium.com/stanford-cs224w/learning-complex-dynamics-of-particle-interactions-through-a-social-dynamics-lens-f24f05a9ea8). I am excited to continue working in roles that could use my experience in Surrogate modeling for CAE applications and help me grow further through associated research, development, and/or applications.
