I am a Technical Recruiter at KORE1, a nationwide provider of recruiting and staffing services for various industries and sectors. I have a Master of Business Administration in HR from Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, where I learned the fundamentals of human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic planning. My core competencies include employee engagement, hiring, and communication. In my current role, I am responsible for analyzing the client requirements, providing accurate sourcing, screening resumes, screening candidates, and following up with them. I am involved in recruitment strategies involving sourcing, identifying, screening, and placing personnel in quick turn-around time for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. I use various sources to source the resumes, such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn. I also conduct initial screening of the candidates to check their soft skills and technical skills. I have a dedicated work ethic and strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. I have experience in working with direct clients and delivering end-to-end talent solutions that help them achieve their key business objectives. I am motivated by finding the right fit for the candidates and the clients, and by contributing to the growth and success of the organization. I value teamwork, diversity, and innovation, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
