ABOUT SHREYA UPADHYAY
I have experience in cancer biology, bioinformatics, and molecular biology, with a strong interest in multi-omics analysis, drug discovery, and computational approaches. My work has focused on cancer pathways, apoptosis mechanisms, and biomarker discovery, utilizing techniques such as proteomics, metabolomics, cheminformatics, and molecular docking. Additionally, I have worked on gut microbiome research, exploring its role in serotonin regulation and neurological disorders using bioinformatics tools. My research interests include understanding how microbial interactions influence disease progression and treatment responses, with potential applications in precision medicine and therapeutics. I have experience in genomics, transcriptomics, and machine learning applications for biological data analysis, and I am continuously expanding my expertise in computational biology and predictive modeling. I am also learning Korean to enhance my global research collaboration opportunities. Currently seeking Research Assistant or PhD opportunities in cancer biology, bioinformatics, and drug discovery.
