Meticulous researcher with over 8 years of research experience in formulation development having superb research skills to consistently deliver products on time and within specifications. My research has primarily focus on developing drug delivery systems for poorly water soluble actives in specific context to nanocrystals and nanofibers. I have hands on experience of nanosuspension solidification using lyophilization and electro-spraying techniques. Well versed in development of polymer based nano-fibrous drug delivery systems. Proficient in handling of hot stage microscope, porosity meter, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA). Hands on experience in conducting various in-vitro assay viz. cell viability assay, apoptosis assay. Well versed in secondary culture of cancer cell lines.I have published my findings in many high-impact journals such as European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Journal of Drug Delivery Science and Technology, Advanced Powder Technology, Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy among others.During my Ph.D, I worked on development and evaluation of formulation based combination therapy for the treatment of lung cancer. In addition to my research, I have experience writing successful research proposals and reviewing manuscripts. I am a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic scientist with effective project management and teamwork skills.
