The CSR & Sustainability Lead is responsible for implementing strategies and processes to achieve continuous improvement in Schlumberger’s social performance and leads the sustainability drive in the GeoUnit. Responsibilities• Design long-term and short-term strategies for social investment programs• Support the GeoUnit, Divisions and Functions, within their area of operations, to be able to manage to any social impact and risk (positive and negative) that may occur. • Engage in ESG Initiatives and drive their implementation at GeoUnit / Division / Function.• Create annual strategy that includes goals (business, people and continuous improvement) that align with organizational directives, plan budgets and utilization• Engage with teams in the GeoUnit to define, execute and monitor various CSR programs.• Monitor and control utilization of the allocated CSR budgets.• Work with NGOs to promote causes aligned with Company policies & objectives• Communicate the Impact of community program to the teams in GU. • To engage internal stakeholders and establish a network of CSR Champions within the organization –) • Liaison with Government authorities and developed good relations with Company Internal external stakeholders.• Compliance with various Statutory and Regulatory requirements during implementing CSR projects.• Encourage and Support employee engagement activities including volunteering!• Maintain monthly Progress Report and presentation of CSR activities to stakeholders.• Build and manage CSR teams with volunteers & dedicated personnel, to support stakeholder engagement & manage local expectations at the project-level (local-government, community, customer);• Support the human resources and supply chain functions to manage the local employment and procurement programs.• Attend relevant industry events.• Act as the knowledge leader and expert for CSR in assigned country.
