Hi, I’m Shreya Srivastava, a counsellor in training with a deep curiosity about people and the stories they carry, learning in real spaces working with individuals, spending time with children who teach patience in the smallest moments, and understanding how pressure and purpose coexist in professional settings. Each experience shapes how I view mental health, work, and human connection. What draws me most to this work is something simple but deeply meaningful the moment someone looks at you with a little hope, trusting that you might understand or help. Being able to show up for them, even in the smallest way, is what makes me feel truly connected to what I do.
