ABOUT SHREYA SINGHAL
I\'m a young and resourceful individual with a passion for psychology, and the desire to learn about the beautiful interaction of the deep human mind and the complex social environment around us. I am the Co-HOD of the \'Psychology Society\' and the \'Ashoka Behavioural Insights Team\' and was an active member of \'Ministry of Community Well-Being\' to channelise my calling for the subject.Currently, I am studying a 4-year residential undergraduate programme based on interdisciplinary pedagogy at Ashoka University, Sonipat, India. While life gets hectic at university, I always find some time for myself to relax and unwind. I like to continue listening, reading, watching, speaking, thinking and exploring. I\'m at my happiest when I\'m spending time in nature, or moving my body at the gym, swimming, practicing air-pistol shooting, or dancing to musical rhythms. Aside from exercising, I also enjoy channeling my creative energy through painting and organising art events at \'Siyahi\'.With a goal to help others prioritise their holistic well-being in a multifaceted fast-pacing world, I founded an online blog on Instagram titled \'Antarman Ka Marm: Society to Self to Spirituality by Shri within Shreya\', which is my initiative to shine the light of resilience and optimism through mental health advocacy, whilst also sharing essential lessons that I have learnt through my own key experiences in life.
