MBA candidate specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing, with hands-on experience across Core HR, Talent Acquisition, and people operations, complemented by over two years of leadership experience in retail operations at Puma Sports India.I have worked on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, HRIS management (Keka), performance appraisal support, and employee engagement initiatives through internships at IORA Ecological Solutions and DB Corp (Dainik Bhaskar Group).
