I bring progressive, hands-on experience in functional and automation testing, leading QA initiatives across Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean) and Waterfall environments. My background includes project coordination (onsite/offshore), defect management, test planning/design/execution, and release management, where I have consistently driven improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery speed.
