I support global clinical trials by coordinating centralized clinical and lab operations and data-related activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant data delivery across all study phases. With 3+ years of experience in the clinical research industry, I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRAs, Clinical Leads, Lab Operations, and global project leads, to ensure timely data delivery, resolve discrepancies, and maintain high-quality data standards throughout the trial lifecycle. Some of my key achievements and contributions include: • Recognized with Spotlight and Ovation Awards at IQVIA for consistently delivering high-quality monitoring support and timely project deliverables. • Rated as ‘Exceeds Expectations’ in annual performance reviews for demonstrating ownership, precision, and proactive issue resolution. • Successfully handled high-priority and time-sensitive studies, receiving direct appreciation from sponsors for attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to quality. • Acted as a point of contact for study deliverables, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, documentation accuracy, and on-time release of lab reports. • Contributed to process improvement and automation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual efforts in data workflows.I hold a BSc in Biotechnology, post graduation in MBA and a diploma certification in Clinical Research, clinical data management, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs and medical writing.Beyond the workplace, I’m passionate about environmental sustainability and wellness. As a core member of the NGO For Oceans, I actively lead beach cleanup initiatives and conduct yoga and health sessions to promote community well-being.
