I was a key contributor to the development and reporting of the proactive risk detection rate, emphasizing a shift from volume-based metrics to impact-driven analysis. The metric helped to measure quarterly (QoQ) improvement in % of surfaced threats proactively detected by internal investigative teams- I conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) specifically aimed at identifying optimal strategies to enhance our detection capabilities for future escalations. As a result, we were able to maintain a consistent proactive risk detection rate of ~93%, leading up to the US election- I spearheaded the development of two new processes (Historical Content Sweeps and Filter Bubble Detection) that emerged as a result of gaps identified through RCAs conducted weekly- Additionally, as the program manager for the 2024 US Election Taskforce, I facilitated collaboration among eight teams, embracing one-team approach. I addressed communication and process gaps, proposed solutions to improve efficiency, and aligned the task force\'s objectives with those of participating teams. This ensured established clear and achievable goals along with efficient communication channels.
