Currently, I am enrolled in a Bachelor\'s program in Commerce, which equips me with essential knowledge of business principles, economics, financial management, and marketing strategies. I relish the opportunities that come with higher education, as they allow me to explore various facets of commerce while preparing me for real-world challenges. As an intern in Human Resources, I gained invaluable insights into the workings of employee relationships, organizational culture, and workforce management. This internship provided me with hands-on experience in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and assisting with the implementation of HR policies. I enjoyed collaborating with experienced professionals and learned the significance of effective communication and interpersonal skills in fostering a positive work environment. Through my role, I developed a strong understanding of the importance of talent acquisition and employee engagement. I assisted in crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. This exposure taught me how critical it is to align human resource practices with the overall goals of the organization. By working closely with different departments, I became adept at understanding diverse needs and facilitating effective communication between employees and management. In addition to my HR internship, I have also held a position as a Reservations Representative. In this capacity, I have refined my customer service abilities and enhanced my understanding of the hospitality industry. This role requires attentiveness, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to customer needs. Managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction has allowed me to appreciate the nuances of client interaction and service excellence.
