With over 6+ years of diverse experience across companies like L’Oreal and Amazon I bring a unique blend of expertise in Marketing, Supply chain, Program/Project management, and Manufacturing operations. Currently I am pursuing my MBA journey at HEC Paris (QS Global MBA Rankings 2023 -#4 worldwide and #1 in Europe), with a specialization in Marketing.During my tenure at L\'Oréal India, I honed my leadership skills as a Manufacturing Lead and New Product Manager, overseeing critical projects that contributed significantly to factory units and service levels. I led strategic initiatives, such as the launch of complex technologies and the implementation of sustainable practices, resulting in substantial cost savings and waste reduction. As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, I demonstrated my ability to drive innovation and efficiency by spearheading projects aimed at improving seller onboarding processes and reducing service costs across multiple EU countries.Currently, as a Development Marketing International (DMI) Intern at Garnier, I am leading projects focused on launching new skincare concepts in emerging markets, leveraging my multicultural background and language skills to drive success in diverse regions.I thrive in multicultural environments and am passionate about exploring new cultures.
