ABOUT SHREYA JUNEJA
Originally from the Bay Area, I currently attend UCSB as an Economics and Accounting major. Through my studies, I\'ve developed a deep understanding of economic policy and history, financial and managerial accounting, statistics, and data analysis. In my two positions at UCSB, I love applying my classroom economic knowledge to real-world projects. As a Financial Officer for Associated Students, I review financial policies and procedures and connect student groups to funding sources. In my role as a Research Assistant for the Economics department, I\'m helping develop a tool to analyze trends in healthcare economics. After graduation, I\'m very excited to join the PwC San Francisco office as a full-time Audit associate. During my summer internship with PwC, I fell in love with the company culture and thoroughly enjoyed engaging with colleagues and clients to perform high-quality audits. In my free time, I love swimming, hiking, beach outings with friends, and travel! I’m involved in my sorority, Alpha Phi, where I engage in philanthropy for Women\'s Heart Health, volunteer to uplift the local community, and interact with other driven women.
