Main purpose or objective of the job Monitoring open PRs in SAP (Purchase Requisitions) and Ariba Maintaining & Updating vendor master database (Vendor creation, amendment etc.) Floating of RFQs as per requirement / specifications received from the user or assigned by Sourcers. Expedition for offers/quotations from vendors Creation of Commercial Bid Evaluation based on the offers received from vendors. Submission of online documents RFQ for approval Based on approved RFQ, creation of PO (in SAP) Follow up and expedition of Order acceptances & material/services Update status of the material/ services to internal stakeholders Follow-up for payments with AP team/vendors post invoice submission Timely clearance of workflows and open GRIR cases Supporting purchasing operations for upcoming projects at the assigned office and site locations. Continuously updating of delivery status. Create, facilitate purchase orders in SAP / Ariba, agreements and facilitate annual agreements with proper documentation for direct and indirect spends. Ensure smooth and timely availability of materials and services at all times for the assigned office and site locations2. Work relations (context - main interfaces)- All Sourcers, India and Internal Stakeholders3. Major tasks of position Manage purchasing operations as a POE (Purchase Order Execution) team member for the allocated site and office locations. Create, facilitate purchase orders in SAP / Ariba, outline agreements, Ariba catalogues, Ariba / Pinpools Sourcing Events, Ariba PRs. Continuously update delivery status Ensure proactive communication with stakeholders Vendor payment follow-up Vendor Master creation and maintenance.4. Key success factors - how is the success in the position measured PO creation within the KPI OA creation as per KPI Vendor Master creation and maintenance as per KPI Ontime material delivery especially for urgency cases
