I am an HR Business Partner with 8+ years of experience across Media and IT Services, specializing in aligning HR strategy with business goals to enhance organizational performance, cultural transformation, and talent effectiveness. In 2025, I have worked in the creation of Agentic AI tools for internal and personal use, focused on policy chatbot and recruitment intelligence, bringing smarter and more efficient processes into HR.At HT Digital Streams, I partner with 800+ employees across Technology, Content, Product, and Subscription teams.
