Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, EP mapping and recording systems, and transeptal access technologies- Attend procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs of hospital accounts, providing clinical support and contributing to the development of BSC AF Solutions products- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of AF Solutions products through presentations and demonstrations- Meet with existing and potential customers (physicians, physician office groups) to understand clinical needs and constraints related to patient care, demonstrating how company products can achieve their goals- Develop relationships with hospital personnel at all levels, identifying key decision makers and facilitating future sales- Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions and collaborating with related personnel (sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support)- Demonstrate effective change leadership and built strategic partnerships across the AF Solutions organization
