About Shreya D.
My time at Cornell has been an incredible journey of discovery. I am currently studying Biomedical Engineering, where I get to explore how technology and life sciences come together to improve healthcare.Science has fascinated me since childhood. My mother taught me the difference between baking soda and baking powder, and my teachers showed me how small changes could make a big difference. These early experiences sparked my curiosity and love for learning.I completed my B. Tech in Bioengineering at VIT Bhopal, where I gained a strong foundation in research and statistical analysis. Along the way, I have worked on several projects that strengthened my problem-solving and experimental skills.Outside academics, I enjoy playing basketball, reading, and painting. I find inspiration in writers like Mary Shelley, Neil Gaiman, Agatha Christie, Sudha Murty, and Manu Pillai.
