Working on co-ordinating with Contract Negotiators in creating new/fresh order form draft templates, reviewing, redlining, risk review,PD and SCC’s compliances and negotiating a volume of vendor agreements, including hardware purchases, software licensing, SAAS solutions, and statements of work for related professional services, transfer agreements, SOW\'s, change Orders, Amendments to the Master Agreements, Compliances, Order Forms, Sub-contractor agreements, Bill and Hold agreements.• Preparing a Risk memo for the the End user license terms and conditions(EULA) and Cloud Online terms and conditions to tranquilize liabilities and contingencies.• Furnishing strategic guidance and providing advice to Technology sourcing managers and Business teams to proactively identify and mitigate any potential future/present risk or liability regarding direct/consequential/special damages, limitation of liability, termination charges,Anti-Trust provisions, IP violation, Data breach and security, confidentiality, breach of contract/ any third party breaches, Service level failures (SLA) and general commercial and legal matters. •Acting as the key representative for infrastructure Business operations sourcing technology-specific team to collaboratively identify and resolve data breach/threat/security and privacy issues with internal representatives from InfoSec/Security and legal teams.• Indentifying and eliminating contract issues which requires specialized knowledge by collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Sourcing technology managers, Suppliers, Vendors, Legal on commercial and Privacy aspects, Infosec, Security, Product Engineering, Finance, Contract administrators and HR to meet EOQ and EOY deals and deadlines.• Training the Contract negotiators and contributing in remodeling team processes and efficiency by delivering ongoing training to sourcing team relating to contracts drafting, redlining, risk spotting, analysis, and documenting in Conga CLM.
