Over 80 % of clients extend their association with DynPro, and it is often attributed to the clean, simple, and straightforward solutions delivered.Job Profile Sourcing & Recruitment• Responsible for experienced hire recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, on-boarding, and reporting activities for all External & internal positions.• Managing Junior, middle level and senior level technical and non-technical hiring.• Implementing staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool; ensuring hiring manager and interview team preparedness strategically analyze the interviewing process and identify how the interviews are being conducted to ensure efficiency and professionalism.• Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Networking / Reference, External, University / Campus / Institute Relations, Vendor / Consultants Management and Internal Reference.• creative sourcing methods (direct sourcing, database search, referrals, social networking, cold calling, industry networks etc)
