Responsible for OTD performance for the vendors ensuring performance min of 95%. Involvement in PD of core styles. Working on cost, vendor allocation and TNA. Capacity analysis to review overbooking & balance allocations based on Vendor Score Card. Schedule and conduct line review to study the callouts of each style with vendors & cross functional teams to share with buyer for risk associated at development stage. Present quarterly vendor scorecard to vendor owners with Key highlights Included OTD/PCD/Quality/shortages etc. Responsible for vendor’s inquiries and concerns with respect to operation activities. Operations weekly CFT with the teams to help in identification alerts and timely resolutions. Follow ups – Fabrics/ FITS/PP/FPT/GPT/PPM/PCD/Line loading/ inspection plan & proactively troubleshoot delivery issues well in time. Bulk approvals like bulk fabric lots for color and fabric CSV/defects/ approvals. Responsible resolve any issue related to production and ensure smooth & faster closure to meet on time delivery. Publish and analyze delivery risk reports to team for timely update to customer. Elevate alerts with Triburg and vendor management and execute resolutions. Responsible for training of new joining in the team w r t operation activities. Analysis of mill performance & sharing mill performance scorecard with customer.
