Hi there! I’m Shrey, a passionate and innovation driven software developer currently pursuing a Master\'s in Applied Computer Science at Dalhousie University (GPA: 4.16/4.30). I hold a Bachelor\'s in Computer Science and Engineering from Ahmedabad University, where I built a solid foundation in software engineering and development (GPA: 3.30/4.00). With expertise in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python, I’ve developed and optimized full-stack applications, from crafting smooth user interfaces with React and Angular to designing robust backends with Spring Boot and Node.js. I have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and building CI/CD pipelines, making me adept at modern software development practices and DevOps. I’ve had the opportunity to work on complex projects such as an online live auction application and a social blogging platform, leveraging cloud services like AWS and GCP to ensure scalability and reliability. I’m passionate about cloud computing, having automated deployment pipelines on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and worked with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Glue and more. My toolbox includes a variety of technologies and methodologies: from SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions like MongoDB and AWS DynamoDB, to DevOps tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and version control with Git. I am well-versed in Agile and TDD methodologies, always focused on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions. I thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and love to dive into new challenges, whether it’s building seamless UIs or architecting scalable, cloud-native solutions.
