Exposure at dealing with writ petitions before Hon’ble High Court arising under both Article 226 & 227. • Drafted and filed various application and appeals before Commercial Court and High Court under Section 11, Section 9, Section 14, Section 34 & Section 37 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. • Undertook drafting of documents, correspondences and replies on behalf of the State of Rajasthan with respect to ongoing projects and ongoing litigation pertaining to various issues including.• Contested important matters of infrastructure arbitration on behalf of the Public Works Department before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court and have been dealing with numerous institution arbitration before Society for Amicable Resolution of Disputes, ICADR (International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution), Tribunals constituted by Indian Road Congress etc.• Represented the Home Department, Agriculture Department and Local Self Department of State of Rajasthan before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, Rajasthan (Jaipur Bench) in various service and miscellaneous matters.• Drafted regular petitions, replies, applications, leave application on behalf of State of Rajasthan. Defended the State Government in matters involving huge financial stake. • Regular interaction with various officers from the Departments in order to streamline various technical aspects for understanding of Courts.
