Shreshth Sahu is a final-year B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) student at Shambhunath Institute of Law, Prayagraj (PRSU), with a strong academic foundation and practical exposure across corporate law, intellectual property rights, insolvency, and commercial litigation. His core interests include IPR, IBC, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. He has experience and completed multiple internships with law firms and chambers, including Thada & Associates, Agarwal IP & Corporate Law Chamber, Triple A Partners, UKCA & Partners LLP, Rajeshwari & Associates, and SVL Narasimha Rao, where he worked on trademark searches and prosecution, drafting of legal notices and plaints, cheque dishonour matters, mortgage enforcement, corporate law research, and IBC-related issues.Shreshth has also undertaken corporate training with Corizo, contributing to research projects on whistleblower protection and the impact of the Swiss Ribbons judgment under the IBC. His experience extends to mediation proceedings at the Allahabad High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. He has authored research articles and case comments on patent law, software IP, smart city and IoT contracts, and trademark risks in commercial transactions.
